Great Elixir Flanker!
I believe this is a worthy flanker to the elixir. Really enjoy that plum note in the opening. Only reason I am giving this fragrance 4 instead of 5 stars is because of my hit or miss experiences on Macy's online ordering. Fortunately I received this order but my experience with ordering fragrances online with Macy's is a 50/50 deal. Half the time my orders are out of stock, therefore they do not ship. But what I don't understand is why Macy's doesn't display the fragrance as out of stock online, even days and weeks later after I have attempted to reorder them hoping they have been restocked?

Strong, gourmand vanilla base with a sensual plum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally love most of the Jean Paul collection and this fragrance impresses me. I love how loud the initial spray is with the sweet plum, not overbearing but a nice touch. However, it doesn’t take away from the original elixir profile, just more tuned. It still a nice vanilla based scent and more of a gourmand profile. My girlfriend has no complaints as she said i smell like a ”powdered donut honey bunny” as a first reaction.

ANOTHER MASTERPIECE!
I absolutely love this fragrance. I can't stop smiling. The scent is incredible. From the opening all the way to the dry down. Elixir Absolu makes me so happy. Another masterpiece to my collection. I love it!
