Wore one, strap broke

Gambled on a sale price for a shoe that had good reviews and looked perfect for summer. Warm weather hit, pulled it out wore at once, and the attachment to the shoe where the strap feeds through broke. Final sale so no return for me! Too bad, had been looking forward to this but this is apparently a very poor quality shoes so here's my warning.

Poor Quality and Service

The quality of the JBU shoes was far inferior to the pair I already own and love, so I returned them. The service at the Macy's store where I returned them was so bad, I will never shop there again.

bad service

Purchase something from Macy's that cannot be returned and then they send you damaged goods. will be calling customer service. This is not JBU's fault, well maybe it is - If people are trying on the shoe and the attachment to the shoe is ripping off. JBU needs better quality control.

I am in love with these shoes

Super, soft, light and comfortable if looking to fit on flats that go with everyday, shorts to skirts and dresses, sports to business casual, medium and wide width and some bunions, these shoes are the best,and cute too.
