Better fit needed
I have had these ear pods for about a week. Per previous reviews they are difficult to remove from the charging case and they are very loose in the ear. I have used all three earbuds provided and all three still very easily slip out of my ears. I would never use these while being out of my home, as I am certain I would lose them! The sound is great and since I intended to only use them while at home, I am pleased with the sound quality.

Not small enough
I have small ears and it keeps falling out! I put the smallest ear cap on! I wish they would’ve worked out!

Thank you for your feedback about our JBL Vibe Beam. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Not great for gym use
I bought these for use at the gym and they are not working out very well. The sound quay is vey good but they will not stay in your ear once you start sweating. I have tried various size tips but to no avail. After 20 minutes or so they start feeling loose and then will drop out. I almost lost one for good under the treadmill. I would not recommend them for use in an athletic situation.

These JBL doesn't last long. The port stop charging. Will not charge on a charging pad either.

Stopped Charging
Started off happy with them but after about 6 months neither of the earbuds will charge. Would not recommend!

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Beam, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Still using product, but I am sure there is better
They work for the most part. I have been using the right one almost daily for a year. The left one is quieter than the right one, and I have seen another review on this site saying the same thing, so that makes me think this is a common-ish problem. When the battery gets low there is a voice that says "BATTERY IS LOW" and it is SO LOUD. I have asked support if this low battery warning can be made quieter and they said there is no way to make the warning quieter. Scares me every time it yells in my ear "BATTERY IS LOW". Would have looked at different options if I knew the left one wouldnt work as well as the right, and if I knew about the deafening low battery warning

This is a safety feature designed to protect battery health by preventing full depletion. Regarding the reduced volume in the left earbud, please verify the audio balance settings. This control allows you to adjust the relative volume of each earbud. Make sure the left/right balance is set to the center or default position. You can typically access this setting in the playback or equalization (EQ) settings of your music player app, or alternatively, in the JBL Headphones app. For further assistance, please contact us.

Do not buy these headphones
I’ve had these headphones for about three months and they’re the worst I’ve ever owned. It says 32 hours of battery life but that’s a blatant lie. Even when disconnected and turned off, the battery in the charging box is constantly draining, and when the charging box dies it turns on the headphones so they die as well. You have to charge them every night, don’t waste your money and go buy better headphones.

Sounds great! Fits poorly
I wish these fit better. I've tried all the different fit adapters and the left ear keeps popping out. They sound great but with the left ear continuing to pop out the days coming where it will drop into a place I can't get them out of. An ear hook adapter would be handy.
