We appreciate your feedback. We're here to help. If the power/battery light indicator is OFF 1. Power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source, to see if the unit will unlock. 2. Use another charging cable AND power adapter rated 5V 1amp to see if the unit will charge. 3. While it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. 4. Sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If the power/battery light indicator is ON 1. The charger may not be powerful enough to power the unit and charge the battery. Check the adapter and make sure that the rating is 5V 1amp or higher. 2. Resetting may fix the issue, much in the way rebooting a computer or phone fixes many problems. Note: RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. To Reset 1. Turn the headphones on 2. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. We can help file a warranty claim If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Highly recommend these
The JBL Tune 770NC headphones are an impressive offering for those seeking excellent sound quality at a reasonable price. Featuring Active Noise Cancellation. , these headphones effectively minimise external distractions, making them ideal for travel or focused work. The sound profile is well-balanced, with deep bass, clear mids, and crisp highs, catering to a variety of musical tastes. Comfort-wise, the lightweight design and padded ear cups ensure extended wear without fatigue. The 70-hour battery life is exceptional, and even with ANC on, it provides up to 44 hours, outperforming many competitors. Fast charging adds convenience, offering hours of playback with just a short charge. While the build quality is sturdy, it leans heavily on plastic, which might not appeal to those seeking a premium feel. Additionally, the touch controls can be slightly finicky. Overall, the JBL Tune 770NC is a great choice for budget-conscious audiophiles.

Expected more
These headphones were too expensive for the quality that you get and i had to buy more expensive ones from another company to get what i was after. The feel flimsy and that you could break them very easily, nose cancelling was so so. now the price has come down they are more worth it but for the full price i would look to spend my money on a different product

Fantastic quality headset
I used the headset for he last few months and I can confirm they are amazing! Despite being bulky and not folding into a smaller piece as I'd like it to it is sturdy, doesn't feel flimsy at all, soft padding, does background noise cancelling very well. Connects to a device quickly and easily, can be operated through the mobile phone. It has a soft padding and is not catching the hair as many of the folding headsets does, the sound is clear yet can be easily regulated. People close by can't hear a thing and that's a bonus. I absolutely love it and highly recommend!

Good pair of headphones but could be better design
These headphones offer great value for the price. I tested the noise cancellation, and while it's not perfect (there's a bit of static), they do effectively block out background noise. The app, despite being over 100MB, provides useful options for enhancing bass and adjusting the equalizer, which I appreciated for customizing my music experience. Pairing them with my Android phone was quick and easy—took less than 10 seconds. The build quality seems solid, but I worry they might not hold up under constant use. The USB-C charging port on top of the ear cups raises concerns about dust and debris accumulation, which seems less practical than a bottom placement. Overall, I enjoy the fit and sound quality across various genres, from classical to dub. While I have a more expensive brand with better noise cancellation, I don’t think the price difference justifies it. I happily recommend these for wireless headphones.

Decent sound, easy to use, simple setup.
Noise cancelling headphones with decent sound quality, options, comfort and a battery that lasts for days (even with heavy use). I find the sound quality is more than reasonable for everyday listening. With the standard setting, music sounds crisp with a little extra bass, there’s also an equaliser in the accompanying phone app if you need to adjust it. The app is also where you can adjust other settings like switching between. ANC, ambient aware and talk through. Although without the app you can still swap modes at the touch of a button. Buttons are easy to find without looking and you get used to their placement pretty fast. They also seal well around my ears and even without ANC they cut out a lot of noise passively just because of how they cup against your head. I’ve not found how to set voice aware up using just the headphones and due to the noise cancelling (even passively) you need this on during calls, or at least I do otherwise I find myself unable to tell what volume I need to talk at. So the app is kind of needed for at least initial setup, after that you can forget it’s there. The build quality isn’t as great as some of its rivals as I’ve found everything has loosened up quite quickly even in a short time (I’ve had them for a little over a month now), while wearing them you don’t notice this as they sit firmly, but when you take them off they tend to flop around even if they’re just around your neck, and as they don’t come with a case this is an issue for storage, however not a big deal as you can just keep wearing them and switch to ambient aware or talk through modes to hear around you if needed.
