Poor battery life
Poor battery life. Did ok while new, but after awhile, both earbuds last about 30 min. Would not recommend. Sound is great as all JBL products I have had.

Not reliable long term
I bought two pairs of these (one for me and one as a present) and experienced exactly the same problem with both. The headphones worked perfectly and then after a few months, the left earphone disconnected completely and wouldn’t play music or charge. I’ve tried repairing them, cleaning out the port, etc but nothing has worked. From a quick google search, it appears this is a common problem. It’s a shame as when they work, these were a really good product - very comfortable and the sound cancellation was great. However, just not reliable long term.

Not worth buying
Not happy I want to return them worst pair of earphones iv ever Brought there not noise counseling there rubbish u can't walk away from your phone as u can't be heard

Volume down by more than 50%
They don't perform the same as they did when I purchased them. The volume performance is down by more than 50%. Picked these up just over a year and some ago.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune 230NC TWS, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. Short lived, but good sound quality
I had a pair of these that started acting up within a year, ending with the left ear bud no longer charging or activating. JBL warrantied them without issue, but it was a hassle and expensive to send them back to the warranty management company. The return costs were enough to buy a cheap pair of headphones, and the replacements Tune Beams started having issues within three months. There will be review under those. The sound quality was 5 star, but the durability was very disappointing. They were a gift, so I'm glad I didn't spend any money on them, but disappointing none-the-less. Zero stars for the durability, but sound quality and warranty care bring it up to 2 stars. After two sets of headphones and one that my daughter is having issues with, I'm not sure I will be back JBL.

Thanks for your feedback. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust.
