OK product, terrible after sales support

Decent though the ability to reduce bass even more than what is available would be nice. The reason I'm giving this 1 star is the 1 year warranty, and a physical fault (muffled sound) appearing after the second year of purchase. The device was rarely moved, treated with care and rarely put above 30% of its maximum volume (highest would have been around 50%). Outside warranty support recommended I travel over 100km to take to a JBL approved service center, where charges would also apply. Will never purchase a JBL product again based on this.

Just amazed

Sensational speakers the sound quality is just brilliant and gives you a very immersive sound I purchased the 310 the day it came I ordered a new 110 for another room they are what you pay for

Horrible Overall

I have a JBL 300 and it’s been a great speaker so I bought a JBL 310 party box and it’s a piece of junk. It will not connect to my phone. It says it’s connected but it’s not I go to the app and the app says it’s not connected, but on my Bluetooth on my phone it says it is connected. This is a pure piece of junk. It will not link up to the 300 JBL PartyBox as advertised so don’t waste your time if you have one of those and you’re trying to do stereo they say you have to have the same as what I’ve learned now but I’ve spent For the speaker and kind of stuck with it so anyhow, I will be selling it at a discounted price soon cause it is a pure piece of junk!!!!!!!!! I’ve reached out to the Support four times. They were unable to help told me to use a cord to connect them together and that doesn’t work either the 300 you can barely hear it.

Perfect for tailgate parties!

I bought this a month ago for Michigan Football tailgate season. I have not been disappointed. It’s loud and has great bass. We are blowing everyone else’s Bluetooth speakers out of the water. This thing is sweet!
