Amazing product, control issues.
It was great! Battery life is good, sound quality is amazing. The noise cancelling, ambient sound is great. Only reason it's not a five is because the controls aren't very good for customization. I'm not able to control playback, ambient sound levels and volume at the same time like I can with other earbuds. Also, for some reason even though there is no connection issue, it randomly will stop playing the audio for like a half of a second every 3 minutes or so and then it will start playing again. Sort of interiors the vibe., and for the price I bought them for I feel like these shouldn't have to be problems.

Bought them a while go, accidentally sent them through the washing machine, but they still work perfectly. Noise canceling is amazing. Love them.

Withstanding the heat
I bought this a few months ago, but on the 19th of April our house burned down, and in the rubble of the house. These headphones SURVIVED standing tall like a beacon of hope. With just a little polishing they will be okay.

Right ear bud died just after Warranty Period
These were great earbuds, until 4 days after the 1 year Warranty period ended the right earbud stopped working. Took it to a repair shop and they said it looked like the battery had died. Unfixable. Pretty disappointing. Lots of money to pay for a unit that only lasted 12 months. Would not recommend

False Expectations
I bought this as an upgrade from the Tune Beam model and the battery life isn't there. The buds will last maybe 2.5 hours before I get the low battery warning. Plus, these aren't as comfortable as the Tunes. They look nice with the silver finish but kind of disappointing that these cost more than the Tune but don't perform as well.
