A small speaker that really packs a punch

For its size, it's honestly pretty amazing just how loud this speaker can get and the sound doesn't get distorted, even at higher volumes, which is nice. I've used this speaker a few times in the shower and it really fills the bathroom with sound. It makes showering a lot more enjoyable. Haha. I love the camo colour to this speaker. It looks so cool and appealing. With the EQ adjusted, this speaker really sounds vibrant. Overall, I am very pleased with this speaker and I definitely recommend it to others who want a speaker that is compact, but also delivers a pleasurable and satisfying listening experience. 5/5

Amazing sound

I've recently purchased the JBL 5 and I am very happy with it. It certainly packs a punch with the quality & clarity of the music that it delivers. Based on this Bluetooth speaker, I will certainly be purchasing JBL products in the future.

Dosent last 12hrs

Great sound but it does NOT last for 12hrs! It barely lasts for 7hrs as I have to recharge on my lunch breaks during an 8hr shift!

If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. Could use some tone adjustment capability

Connects easily to both my phone (Pixel 8) and my old iPod Touches (3rd and 6th Gens). Sound is excellent. Only wish is that I could change the tone as there is a lot of bass on this unit and it overpowers some songs, so being able to boost the treble or midrange via some fixed selections would be nice. Overall, though, a very good response range for such a small speaker and it'll get a lot of use. Recommended.

does not last 3 hours now

great speaker BUT .. i use this primarily outside attached to my golf bag to listen to tunes while playing .. initially it was good battery lasted whole round 4-5 hours. i always charge it after each round .. but after the 3rd round now it will not last past 2 hours.. it is cold out but i cant see why this is not lasting at least 3 hours in cold weather. I was contemplating using it clipped to my backpack for skiing but looks like that wont work . how is it that this is advertised as a up to 12 hours speaks when it cants last 2-3 hours outside?
