Not happy
I bought my daughter the speaker for her birthday but when I received it I wasn’t happy at all it was customized and the color was rubbing off! I don’t think I’ll be placing any more items from your company!

Sound.
Love the way this speaker sounds! Bought it for my classroom and it was a great choice. I couldn't figure out why it was turning off frequently, so apparently I missed the part where it has an automatic shut off if not plugged in.

The sound is delicious.
Love the sound. Bought it to replace my old Flip 5 which after 4-5 years died -- would no longer take a charge. The Charge 5 is much better sounding. Has upgraded bluetooth, more power and a tweeter. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is the charging wire. I had to use an adapter to connect it to my MacBook Pro which has USB-3 ports.

Love it , sound quality amazing
Had a JBL flip 3 for years took it camping , beach , work back yard chores held up great unfortunately the charging port took a crap recently purchased 2 charge 5’s hopefully they hold up to the test of time like the flip did ! Love JBL products they sound great and are very versatile!

Cool personalized gift.
The image is good. But I’ll clear coat it to protect the image. As I heard it comes off pretty easy. I wasn’t to fond of the loudness. I feel that my flip 3 is louder and better sounding.

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Charge 5. Sometimes a Bluetooth connection can become corrupt. Please try to forget/unpair your speaker from your source device and do a manual pairing by pressing the Bluetooth button on your JBL Charge 5. On your source device's Bluetooth settings, tap on "JBL Charge 5" to connect. If this doesn’t solve the issue, we need to determine if the problem is in the device or the speaker. Try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player, etc.) to see if it fixes the problem. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
