Bad customer service

The vendor is not reliable at all. I keep getting emails that the product is backordered and will be shipped out on this date. but the product never shipped out. They keep extending the shipping date. It's not acceptable. I placed two separate orders, and both times, the same thing happened. Please do not waste your money. The vendor is clearly not professional. I would not recommend this product
