This dress is too long not a Petit Midi Dress

I ordered the dress and it is too long. And top of that it has very strong perfume smell, feels like used and return. The dress very pretty though. And feel very comfortable. The customer service representative was very helpful and tried to replace the dress but did not have anymore in stock in size M. So she refunded me some portion of the purchase price and I kept the dress as a maxi dress.

Too Long

I love the the feel of the fabric and the fit of the bodice is great. I'm 5'2" and I bought a Petite. It comes to my feet. It's so frustrating to be able to buy Petite clothing then have it be too long. If you want to hem this yourself, it's a good buy.

Not the Dress I Ordered

I would give zero stars if I could. This is not the dress I ordered. I called Macy's and spoke to a rep about receiving the wrong dress. She checked and confirmed the wrong dress was sent. She apologized and sent a replacement using two day shipping. I got the wrong dress again..which is the one pictured and wrong dress. The one I did order was a totally different color. How does Macy's end up sending the wrong dress twice!

Disappointed

I was so disappointed that when my package finally arrived it was not the dress that I ordered so I returned it. I like shopping online at Macy’s so this will not deter me in the future, I understand things happen.
