Really not useful for what I want but…

Usually never syncs with iPhone, there’s no way to modify sleep schedule. However, for the price I guess it’s okay.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience with the watch not staying connected to your iPhone. To resolve the issue, remove the watch from your phone's Bluetooth pairing list or set it to forget. Then, initiate the connection on the app. In addition, our watches have an automatic sleep monitor that will track your sleep between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. We wanted to let you know that we are working on future features to allow you to set the times to track your sleep outside of these time frames. Do NOT Buy

Step counter is off. Watch cannot be returned to vendor for a refund. The only option they’ll give you is to get a replacement. Process is a headache and lengthy.

Poor performance

Initially I really liked this tracker. Right price, right features. Sadly it did not live up to my expectations. The charger is kind of funky. It doesn't really click into place. And stay there. After a week, it no longer charged at all. Screen would not turn on. Also, I turned off 90% of the notifications and it would not stay charged for 24 hours. I returned it and ordered a Fitbit.

Not Satisfied

This was not nothing like I expected it to be. It came without instructions and we cannot figure out on how to set the time. I would like to return both watches

Not happy

Sent us a magenta watch when I ordered black and can’t find any bands to change it. Says interchangeable but can’t find anything.
