Missing 1 bracelet

Beautiful bracelet.... Ordered 2 bracelets but only one was delivered. I file a complaint the day I received it. The result was declined. And said that I have a multiple complaints. It's a lie, this is my first time I filed a complaint for missing item. Try to call again and now still waiting for their answer. Never receive email since I filed it.
