Quality Information

The description for your precious metal items is appreciated; however, the most important piece of information (the weight) is not present in most of your gold items. I have bought this product as well almost three years ago and still can not break even with this "generous" discount. Your customers would feel better about purchases if they could better calculate the actual value.

Research chains before purchasing

I bought this chain last year and have worn it 24/7 since. Just like many others, I was disappointed to later realize/learn that it was hollow. Since then, I have upgraded to a solid gold 14K chain of the same size, and it is almost 3x the weight of this one. Macy's should be required to list as hollow/semi solid when selling this product. If I paid the full price for this, I would be livid. This piece will now go into storage as it has very little value to sell. For what it is, it is a nice chain, but Macy's should do better!
