DO NOT PURCHASE TOO SMALL

I think maybe an infant would fit this!! That is how small this is. It’s not worth a one star rating but I have to give at least one star in order to leave a review!

The size it’s wrong 13 look like 5 I bought it for my boy it’s 7 I can’t put it on is neck it’s too small
