I was surprised by how light the package was. I would’ve never of guessed the mattress pad was inside The list weight of my purchase was 11 pounds this was probably a The list weight of my purchase was 11 pounds. This was probably a pound less 1lbs upon opening it up, spreading it out. It did have a faint odor, but it dissipated, but I was very disappointed in seeing how uneven it was. One side of it was about an inch thick. It wasn’t the 4 inches that I expected and I will say that it is a comfy pad, but I did select it because 4 inches was rated as firm so I’m I will return it based on that it’s uneven. The thickness isn’t through and through. I think when buying these you need to buy them in person But then again they do come wrapped up so I guess it’s a missing hit, but it isn’t inconvenience to have to return it Montebello ca

be careful this is smaller than your matress
It says full but a full size matress is 4 inches wider and this topper looks weird not good at all.Also i came in broken.So dissapointed

Deceptive Description
I just received my matress pad I left it to air out and plump up...well three days later & it still hasn't gotten to 4" as described in the ad. I needed it to be thicker thats why I paid the money. All I got was barely three inches. I could have gotten it cheaper at Walmart. Now to send it back yeah right try and get it back it the box...so buyer beware.....also the paper that comes with the instructions & warranty states that the size can vary from 3-4"...not what the description states.....

Great quality if it fits
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isotonic mattress topper was very good for its price as well as material. This was a Queen memory topper but did not fit my Queen size bed. I decided to put it on my son's full size and it was too big for the full. Nevertheless it left me with a very soft cloud like feeling while lying on it. And the memory foam allowed for good breathability, especially on these hot summer nights

Not true to size
I bought this mattress topper in twin XL and it’s not true to size. It didn’t cover the mattress fully and as a matter of fact my feet would hang over the mattress topper. It didn’t make the mattress more comfortable and there was no significant difference sleeping on it. After sleeping on it I had to straighten it out every morning because it moved and became slanted on the bed. This became so annoying I gave it away. I didn’t find this mattress topper making a difference for my mattress or sleeping on it. I don’t recommend this product if looking to make your mattress feel more plush. I didn’t find anything special about sleeping on this mattress topper.

Great pad

Foam can rip apart
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unique cushion pattern. Unfortunately when pulling this item out the box the foam was ripping out so there’s no telling how long this product will last. It makes sleeping a bit more comfy with the extra layer
