never arrived and no refund offered

This package did not arrive when it said it would and then list that it arrived on 24 December, which when you look in the notes it’s because it was then delivered to another source that decided to return it to sender. It is now January 22 and I am unable to get any response that Macy’s says receipt. This is returned to sender and I am out of the money that I paid for for these lovely slippers. I would seriously think twice if I ever having anything delivered by Macy’s directly to your home

Not secure

velcro keeps coming out whenever I walk. Not a great item.

Very Very Comfortable

A very comfortable house shoe! Because my feet are very narrow, I don’t have enough velcro to move the flap over so that my feet fits snug inside. Maybe I could buy extra velcro and have someone see it on for me.

Very comfortable

These slippers hug your feet and are cozy. I love the color. The fit was perfect and the bottom wasn't too stiff like a shoe. You could go outside in them with no problems. The velcro is great, plenty there.

Falls Apart

Doesn’t last for an entire year. Got these for Christmas of 2022, threw them out by September.
