Why doesn’t Macys honor Macys Star Rewards

I bought the isotoner slippers online and tried to use my Macys Star Rewards but they don’t ever Accept them. No wonder nobody shops at dept stores anymore!!! Why bother sending me star rewards if they can never be used. I am ready to Leave Macys. No reason to stay !!

Sizing all wrong.

I purchased and returned. I'm an 8.5. Online said 8-9 or 9-10. I bought the 9-10 because other Isotoners I've purchased (which fit) were marked 8.5-9. The actual slippers said 9.5 to 10 so they were way too large. I think if I had purchased the 8-9 I would not have liked them because not much support and I think I would have stepped out of them. If you don't like slip-ons, if you need back support, don't buy these.

Too small and not that cushy

They run extremely small. I wear a 9.5 and purchased the 9-10. My heel hung off the back. I did not think they were as cushy as I would have expected for the Isotoner brand.
