So disappointed in the quality

Usually great but....

I buy this same slipper every year and they are so comfy and supportive but this year the left foot came with a giant seem running left to right at the arch. I sincerely hope this was only my pair and that I can get a different pair with no itchy seem. The seem makes these unwearable due to my sensory issues. Ps I wear 8.5 in shoes and buy size 9-10 in these, they run pretty small bc of the foam.

These run small

These slippers run small. I wear a 9- 9.5. I ordered the 9/10. They fit like 8.5. I will be returning them. Disappointed.
