about 3 months used and doesn't work at all

I got this Braava 380 as a housewarming gift from my friend in June 2022. I have been enjoying this a lot until this device stopped working. I can't even use this device at all. When I put the mop on(of course it is fully charged), the blue light turns to red. I emailed to the customer service with this issue, but they never come back to me.

it's has been a hassle and a pain

I love absolutely love iRobot I got this for my Christmas present and I was like this is so amazing it worked for 5-8 weeks and then it didn't hold a charge I have 5 robots from you all good except this one it's been mopping for like 2-4 minutes and then it stops and spins in circles for 10 minutes and then starts mops 1 inch and spins and says battery low battery low but it's been on the charger for 3 days I'm really disappointed i go to school five days a week and it would be a game changer but no it not I'm really disappointed with this and it's not versatile anymore it just spins

Great when it works. But it rarely does.

Bought my first iRobot Braava in 2016 and initially was extremely happy with it. The unfortunate thing was that it didn't last over two years. Thinking I just had bad luck with my device, I decided to give it another try so I bought the 380t on the very last day of 2022. We're only a little over 9 months later and I've had nothing but problems. Had to replace the wheels and the battery and now, it cleans for 1 minute and then goes backwards and goes in a circle.

Used 2 months now battery only works 2 mins

Worked good first few times but now it dies right after starting. Will not hold a charge king enough to clean 10 feet. Got this as a bundle with a roomba. Roomba works great this not so much.

Won't last long

As others have said, will not hold a charge with minimal usage. Paid good money for something that should last at least a year. Unfortunately, this is not the case for this model. Hopefully, iRobot will solve this problem with newer models but I'm done spending my hard earned money for defective merchandise.

Not a good product

Like many people have mentioned ithe 380t iRobot Braava floor mopping robot does not hold the charge. In New Zealand I paid $649.00 NZ$ so I am very disappointed with this product.

Battery will not hold charge. Not a good product

This worked fine for about a year maybe. Then stopped charging. Been sitting on the shelf for awhile waiting to throw it out!
