Intrigue is a tactile collection with a rustic sophistication. A high-low planking effect on the surface of select pieces gives a tactile and dimensional appeal, along with the rustic distressing on the solid Pine construction. The Hazelwood finish, a mixture of taupe and gray earth tones, reinforces the textural appeal.

Defective product

On my mama, this was the worst experience I ever had with Macy's delivery service and furniture quality. First, when they delivered my bedroom set on 12/31, the delivery crew couldn't assemble the bed together because the hardware for the rails wasn't included. They didn't sweep the styrofoam they left on the floor either. Talking about "White Glove Delivery"! More like latex glove delivery. Secondly, I told support to credit me for the delivery, mail me the hardware and I'll do it myself. This was the first week of January. I just received the hardware on 02/07/2025. When I put the bed together, one side was higher than the other. When I took it apart, the measurements were off. I was sold a defective product. The rail on the top has the correct measurements. The rail on the bottom has the incorrect measurements. The bedroom set is dope. I like the LED lights in the headboard and nightstand but the defects killed all of the good things about it.

Long Wait

I would love to actually see the furniture before writing a review. We moved into a new house in June, ordered the furniture in early July, and won’t receive the furniture until late September. This is a long lead time. Didn’t realize it takes a large company like Macys this long to deliver furniture.

Macy's Delivery - Awful

The set was nice, delivery people were rude and forgot the bed, what a hassle.

Beautiful bed

Beautiful bed with storage and the light in the headboard. Macy’s delivery and assembly was great. Bed arrived earlier than initial delivery date. Only reason didn’t give 5 star, bed frame for the mattress seems longer than it needs to be. Things fall thru this space and also exposes the slats and the bottom drawer. Other than that it’s a beautiful bed.

Classic and Gorgeous!

Exceptionally well-made! The variation in pattern and color of the wood is unique. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and interior design suggestions of Hillory Walker, the sales consultant, so I bought an additional piece of this same collection. Perfect!
