My kids love it!

My kids absolutely love the slide. I should have purchased this years ago. My kids are spending so much time in the pool, having a great time. Also, customer service is really awesome. I had a small tear in the slide and they replaced it, no questions asked. This is a must buy!!

Kool Splash Pool Slide

Our slide acquired a slit in the seam. We tried patching it multiple times to no avail. Intex was honorable enough to send us a replacement at no cost to us. To me, that is solid customer care,

Horrible product

I got a replacement because the first one kept going flat. Used the new one twice... and again. Worst product and huge hassle for warranty. Don't buy it

Pool slide

Pool slide is better than expected. Kids have a blast on it. They only used it twice then it began deflating. However the company handled the situation and replaced it immediately with no issues.

Koolsplash Slide

They rip and pop easily at the seams not well manufactured. Warranty is good but have to send back damaged parts prior to shipping new one out and that takes 7-21 days and the summer is almost done
