Love this pool!

We have had this pool for 5 summers now. We erect it in October and store away dry and clean in May (we live in NZ). We use it every day and have had no issues at all with either the pump or liner to date. Unfortunately though, I would say this will be it's last summer as the lining around the top edge has perished and the pool has become very fragile - 5 yrs isn't bad though in my opinion. We will definitely replace with the same model if still available.

We have owned several intex pools. Starting with the quick setup pool when the kids were little. As they got bigger so did our pools. We are now on our third ultra frame. No, they don't last forever but you cannot beat the price point for how long they last. I love them and will be purchasing another one next year. Recommend the salt water system and rig a skimmer on the pool.

Pool basics - what to expect

Expect the pool liner to last 6-7 years - pump not so long. Does not come with a skimmer. Level the ground without sharp rocks 19' feet in diameter - to give you extra room if you need to adjust the location. Set up time 3-4 hrs with a beer or two. (my third pool). Legs must be close to vertical as possible. Took 26 hrs to fill

Bad liners, poor craftsmaship, buyer beware!

Just finished set up and the liner is poorly manufacured. Matetial is ok, but the seams are not done well and will probably leak. Even if they don't leak it will be impossible to clean. I just hope they don't rupture and cause a flood!

Not a happy customer

I bought the XTR 18x52 in 2021. We noticed during the first year the pump doesn’t operate as good as it did when first opening. To get it to filter how it should, you have to push down and hold the lever if you want a full filter which Is obviously Unfeasible. For the past 2 years we’ve had to purchase new hoses (from pool to filter) as they keep snapping when we put them back on after each year. I am very disappointed as this has now cost me additional money, wasted my water to fill the pool, as well as chemicals to open the pool.

What a joke!

Absolute worst customer of any company I have ever called! They are unable to understand English and just keep replying they they understand yet continue to ask me the same question over and over !
