New pillow
I take this pillow a lot. For me it seems better for back sleepers, as it is not very hard. It’s definitely a softer memory foam. When I sleep on my side, I actually like to combo this with a soft down alternative pillow. Then I get the best of both worlds.

A promising pillow
I have been dealing with headaches and severe tightness in the sternocleidomastoid (neck) for the past few years. I have tried so many pillows that I stopped counting… Coop, Casper, orthopedic pillows… you name it, i have tried it. I had this pillow for 5 days already and when I bought it I was really struggling with a sharp headache and tremendous tightness in my neck. Although I toss and turn all night (still getting used to it) the headache was gone the next day and the tightness and pain in my neck started to go away. I have also been massaging the area before i go to bed and when I wake up for circulation. It is a hard pillow and I am sure it will take another week or two to get fully used to but my neck is supported. It doesn’t “sink” creating extra pressure. I am feeling hopeful for the 1st time in years… what a relief!!
