never got the product

Tracking information says delivered but I never received the lunch bag. I will be contacting Customer service for a refund.

Works as it should, but the color is not as advertised/portrayed. It is red strip and brown, a very ugly brown actually - I thought it was to be black. Still works fine but disappointed in style.
