Disappointed.

I purchased my Instant omni plus 11-in-1 Toaster oven on January 2, 2021. A few months later when the return window has expired . problems developed with the product. It makes a strange rattling sound and emits a toxic smell. I cannot use it. I not not know what actions to take pertaining to returning the item or replacing it.

I had to return it…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a replacement… unfortunately I had to return it the next because I received it with a huge dent on top of… a small dent could have been ignored but this dent reached the digital screen .. I never got to use it.

Terribly Disappointed

Having researched this type of toaster oven for WEEKS, I was excited to get this Instant™ Omni™ Plus 11-In-1 Toaster Oven. Imagine my disappointment when it arrived, only to discover the power cord is not only too short to reach the intended outlet, but that even a heavy duty extension cord is not an option, nor is using a wall outlet that is "below" the device. The power cord comes off the right side, not centered in the back, and at a scant 3 feet is not long enough unless it's used on a counter very close to an outlet. It blows HOT, so it may peel any paint unless your wall is granite or tile. It gets VERY hot and untouchable and takes time for the cool-down fan to come to a stop after the oven is turned off. Instructions are to unplug this after use. Because mine was intended to be used on a microwave cart it's being returned. Frankly, I'm tired of short cords and recommendations to "install a new outlet." It's beautiful though. I'll miss it. :-(
