A broken piece

I can't say it's poor quality, but maybe they should be more careful when packing. It's sad to have an incomplete set because of a broken piece!

Not daily dinnerware

I was disappointed when some of my plates arrived in pieces. Macys will only have you return the whole thing and then you have to place another order, is what I was told. Also, dishwasher and microwavable, but it even says "will get hot in the microwave'. Then they aren't microwavable. Overall, I'm disappointed.

Plates arrived broken . Extra Heavy with broken plates wouldn’t recommend this product. Going to return.
