partial damage

I received this set of dishes and all pieces arrived intact but ONE bowl. I would like to get a replacement bowl but there's no place on the site to ask about that nor is there a pone number for me to contact customer service. I don't know what to do? Send it all back? Why can't I reach a person to help me? Will someone contact me?

Trash

The reviews were questionable but I figured worth a try- the box for the dishes was clearly tampered with and had signs of damage, I opened it and found somebody else had probably received the same damaged box and already opened one of the smaller boxes revealing a broken plate. Macy’s obviously received this as a return, put it back on the shelf and shipped it to the next buyer. When i go to customer service I’m only offered the option to pay $9.99 and go through the trouble of shipping it back. Don’t send trash and then charge me time and money to take the trash back!

Poorly Packed

Dishes look nice, wish they arrived whole. Box was not packed properly for breakables. No padding, no bubble wrap. Box arrived in rough shape, contents were smashed. Returning.
