Worst product and customer service

I purchased this damaged set a week ago and attempted to contact the seller about it. They're unwilling to send replacements for all the damaged pieces or offer a refund. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience prompted me to share. The product is poorly made, and the worst part is the customer service—they’ll send you a damaged item and then refuse to help. I strongly advise against buying anything from Sugift.
