awful construction & fabric

This robe, though comfortable and a pretty color, is not the quality of what I expect from Macy's. The first time I washed it, cold cycle & air dried, it fell, pretty much, apart. I'm terribly disappointed in this piece. I spend thousands of dollars at Macy's and this is the first time I'm so sad. I need to return it, but, I do not drive. It would go a long way if they would make an exception, and pick it up from my home and give me a credit. I appreciate any and all consideration. Sincerely, jan

The bathrobe was a disappointment as I did not care for the color, it looked washed out.

Disappointing Robe

Disappointed. Purchased L/XL as I like my robes large. This robe is cut small so every time I sit down it opens. Secondly, It does not look like waffle fabric, nor does it move like waffle fabric. Lastly the fabric design is comprised of a series of threads which form small squares. The threads also break. Purchasing items on line can be so disappointing - they never are as good as they look on line.

Poor quality for Macys

Very poor quality belt loops totally frayed. Poor thread quality across robe at various areas. Buy better 1uality to protect Macys good name..
