Not as easy to open but I liked that.

Awesome Gate!

No more are the days where I have to try to step over the gate an worry that i'm going to trip and hurt myself. The easy glide open is a perfect little door to open and walk through. The gate is super sturdy and has a very nice finish. I definitely recommend this gate for anyone that needs a gate without all the stepping over hassle.

Stylish and functional gate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gate is beautiful! I love the arched opening to add some style. It was a reasonably easy set-up and is very sturdy and easy to use. The gate stays open wide. It does not have a spring closure to automatically close behind you, but it does close easily when pushed. A fun feature is a foot pedal at the bottom to open the gate if your hands are full! This could be used for children or pets, and does not take away from the style of the home. We used wall nanny wall protectors to prevent the gate from damaging the drywall when it was tightened into place.

My new favorite baby gate!

It came with just the right amount of packaging to keep it protected in transit but not leave a lot of waste. It was easy to assemble and feels really secure.
