Arrived broken and refund refused

This item arrived broken. I reached out to the third-party seller and to Macy’s. I returned the item with the label sent to me by Macy’s. I never received a refund. When I reached out to Macy’s and they contacted the seller, the seller denied the claim, keeping the bracelet and the money. The Macy’s representative said that Macy’s will make it right by sending me a gift card. Be cautious when going through third-party sellers. I have learned my lesson.

Surprisingly elegant and attractive

Pleasantly surprised with this item. More attractive than anticipated for this price point. The movement on your wrist is eye catching and delicate. The infinity symbol is smooth and the stones shine bright.

Purchased two bracelets for Christmas gifts both arrived broken and unbearable very disciplined. Contacted 3 times for exchange and crickets’
