NICE SWEATER BUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

VERY NICE SWEATER!!! BUT when I received my online order the security tag was on it. THANK GOD I my receipt; so I went to the local store to get it removed. When I arrived at the service desk, the lady was very rude and acted as if I stole the item.

Nice sweater but not machine washable!

Love that this is a gray animal print and a hoodie. I'm a woman who bought this in an XL for myself as an oversized hoodie sweater. It's pretty long on me, but I'm 5'2 and wanted it to fit like a tunic, which it's great for. It's just slightly scratchier than the other sweaters in the same INC line, but it has wool, so that is sort of expected. I had to take off one star because Macy's lists this as washine washable and it is NOT; it says "dry clean only" on the tab, so please beware if you're not looking for a dry cleaning bill!

Runs Huge

Runs way too big. I purchased a size Medium but it looks like a dress on me it feels like a XXL.
