beautiful

The skirt is beautiful love the asymeterical hem and it flows very nicely on. The draw back is the smocked waist is very high and I don't know if I like where it lays. And the shirt tucked in the waist doesn't look right unless your a model like the picture. But I got it at a great price.

Wrong description of black.

Beautiful skirt/ dress also fits perfectly. Only problem I have is that I ordered black and in the picture it shows black skirt/ black elasticized band and it’s really a black skirt with black and white band.
