Love them but came defective - none left in stock

Love the shoes, but they came defective. The sequins directly in the front are messed up, leaving a weird hole. I tried to return them but Macy's no longer carries them in my size. They are perfect for my NYE outfit. I am keeping them because I love them and I don't think many people will notice. But it is a bummer to get a new pair of shoes with a defect.
