Ive never been more disappointed. I bought had this with such excitement just to find out that the money was taken off my card and the order was canceled without putting my money back. I called customer service and some guy told me my money would be back on my card in 24 hrs.. It was not, so i called back and a lady told me completely different info. Nobody giving me any valid explanation. I asked for Employee number with both people i spoke to and the first guy gave me his but the lady refused. No documentation was in my account of my first phone call. I waited on hold for an hour before i hung up waiting to talk to a manager. I feel like Macys is a scam and is stealing my money
