I'll pass

The covered soup bowl is nice volume and shape. However, unlike the picture sent to Macy's website, the colors are faded, dullish. The base color is dingy. These were meant for presentation and the pleasure of guests. Embarrassingly cheap looking vs expectations relative to the pricing. Cannot comment on heat retention as they are still unused.

Mixed feelings, print is nice but not that nice to keep it. Plus it didn't come with a saucer.

Best coffee mugs ever!

I am of Finnish decent where Iitalla is from. I have the red set of these. They are the perfect shape and weight and the never chip and are dishwasher safe.we are big coffee drinkers in my house so I ordered the white cups to have extra and they are beautiful to boot!

iitala taika coffee cups

The cups are lovely BUT I am very disappointed with the manner in which Bloomingdales responded to my inquiry why the saucers that are pictured in the illustration of the item did not arrive when the cups were delivered. The gentleman who responded to my inquiry did offer me a refund but claimed that Bloomingdales had no extra saucers to complete my purchase.
