Great addition to my home office

Exactly what I wanted! Great addition to my home office. Freezer works great and freezes quickly. Cools well.

Frustrating

I purchased this refrigerator for my office. It arrived quickly, i unboxed it, and plugged it in. I noticed it was rather loud, but I assumed I would get used to it. It ran for about 2 hours but wasn’t getting cool at all. I decided to put it in a different spot in the office and when I moved it and plugged it back in, it was louder, shook hard for about 30 seconds, made a loud click, and completely shut off and now won’t do anything. The entire back of the refrigerator feels like it is covered in some oily substance. Macys is sending me another, but now I have to wait for the new item to arrive so I can package the old one in the box and then go through the return process. They never offered me faster shipping on the replacement or anything. I have been a Macys card holder for years now and never had any issues like this before.

Chills and freezes well but bad door design

This fridge is the type of fridge that long-term hotels use. The refrigeration and freezer functions work pretty well, but the design is flawed, which is why I give it only 4 stars. The refrigerator door has the standard can holder, but the bottom door shelf is only 2-3/8 inches deep, with a swinging metal holder for items, and the top door shelf is only 2 inches deep. Neither of these shelves can hold anything wider than a stick of butter. A 1-liter bottle will drop off the bottom shelf. I had to remove the plastic "crisper drawer," remove one shelf completely, and move one shelf to a different level in order to put normal 1-liter-sized bottles in the very bottom of the fridge itself. The freezer works well and holds a decent amount of frozen food for a fridge of this size. The freezer is 13 inches deep, so I guess it might hold a 12-inch pizza. I have not tried, yet. The freezer door shelf is very disappointing, since it is only 1-5/8 inches deep. It can hold only small things.
