Not as described pictures

Need to return unhappily. Not matching with my kitchen appliances. Never trust the pictures on their website anymore.

Got the wrong color

The picture on the website showed a silver and black dispencer. I received an all black one. That was not what i ordered

Questionable.

I purchased this item and it was delivered pretty quickly. After I set it up and broke down the packaging materials, the whole bottom of the box it came in was gone! Tape was placed in an x formation keeping the unit in the box. It was something trying to get the thing out. On top of that, there is a sticker saying done use if tampered with. Now I am not sure if I can return the item.

Love this cooler! It works great, is not too loud, and child safety lock on hot water dispenser is a lifesaver. Would totally recommend.
