Dress it up or down

Beautiful color and cut. Plan for a camisole or something under it, or you'll need to fix the clasp mechanism as it's flimsy.

Used and returned?

I returned this to because it smelled so strongly of perfume I am convinced someone wore it for a day or more and then returned it. The color and fabric of the top are nice and I might have kept it were it not for the unsettling feeling I got that the garment was not new but used.
