Shipping

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I have been a Macy's customer my entire adult life. I have never been more disappointed in their shipping department. 2 different orders were messed up with sets that did not match in size. When I go to rebuy they are no longer in stock. 2 times I purchased gifts that I could not give. It's no wonder they are closing!
