Velvet Dress

Never received item. My account stated it was delivered, but my daughter in law never received it. When following status of delivery on my account, it was inaccurate for weeks, very disapointed with Macys, especially around the holiday. When I called to report incident, I was refunded, but account stated no need to return, UNbelievable!
