Deceptive

I ordered this necklace in 10/26 because it had “same day delivery if ordered before 12 p” to my zip code. I called to check the status the afternoon of 10/26 and learned the item would be delivered 11/5. There was no way to cancel the order. Why so deceitful? Now I’ll have to drive out of my way to return this product because it will arrive after the day I needed it.
