Extremely disappointed that I never received the boots I ordered 3 months ago :/ I don't know if it was a Macy's or seller issue but I ordered in November, they were missing from my delivery. Emailed Macy's in December, never got a reply. Spoke with customer service in February who put in a request for a reorder and told me I'd get an email with new tracking information but never received. Called again today (3/23) and was told they are finally ready to deliver in 2-3 days but since winter is now over and it's too late to enjoy the boots I just requested a refund that will take another day or 2. Super annoying transaction that has kept me from any new orders since still not resolved.
