I.N.C Arma Dress Sandals

Very disappointed! This is the second pair of heels I've ordered. The first pair I received looked used. I returned them to Macy's store and reordered them with an employee. I received them today, and it seems they sent me the same pair again, used. Very poor service. Heels are very pretty and comfortable by the way.

Really like them!

Love the PVC ones. They were true to size for me but I have a slim foot. The top part surprisingly does not dig in my toes.

Shoes

just opened the box and the shoes look used and dirty I would like to to receive a new pair in a bigger size as the sizing seems off as well, disappointed on the shoes i received, please view attached pictures of shoes.

Heavy heel don’t recommend

I order online because I expect new never use items, but I ended up getting the display shoe model. I thought maybe it was the last pair then I looked again and they still have more in my size so I’m guessing the employee who worked on my order was so lazy they just grabbed the display model instead of grabbing a new pair in the stock room since I’m assuming it didn’t come from the warehouse where everything should be new! Very disappointed in Macy’s standards!

Fits perfect

This heels are very comfortable to walk in. Not too high, just the perfect heel height. I wear a 7.5 and it fits great.
