Love it

warranty replacement

this was a replacement for my defective one so i went through the warranty steps and was issued a new one. it’s been perfect. the agent that helped me get a new one was amazing— very quick, professional, and straight to the point. this hydroflask has been wonderful and i’ve had no issue with insulation

Beautiful but function needs help

Beautiful color but you have to drink with the straw fully extended. If it’s even a little off, you suck in air. Fine for the office or home but when your hiking or moving, it takes two hands.

Not what was expected

I got purple jelly. Feels like they ran out of ink with how washed out the print on mine looks. I was deeply disappointed when I got it as the pictures make it seem more vivid.
