Avoid - abort- do not buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awful. Got the “leak proof” item and it leaks all the time. Followed the instructions double checked everything. Hydro does not do returns or refunds, once you find the product is garbage they say too bad, it is used.

Didn't expect my Hydro Flask would be replaced for a new one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not expecting when I emailed Hydro Flask to bring up an issue that my flask was not keeping my hot beverage anymore would be replaced but they did! I was extremely happy and grateful that they did replaced it for a new one! (bought it 4 years old ago)

New bottle
