Wish I would have bought it sooner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is exactly what I need. My stuff stayed cold for my 13 hour shift. When I got home, my ice packs were still ice in the centers!! That has NEVER happened before.

Please make a size in between

I purchased both the 8L and 20L insulated totes. Both products are very well made. The quality of the materials is excellent. I just wish you would make a size in between, such as a 15L please. For my purposes, the 8L is too small and the 20L is just too large. Please consider making a size in between.

Mis-proportioned, Returned Immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bag was very narrow and would not be equipped to hold most food containers without tipping into the bottom of the bag. There is also no separate compartment for ice or an ice pack, so the coolant will take up some of the already limited space. I returned this bag immediately after opening the box.
