Do not take insurance plan

I love the sectional. I did had a problem with a controller which didn’t work and a frame that is slightly bent. When reclining it sticks. Worry no more insurance will not fix or talk to me. Very rude. You can’t speak I anyone it’s done on line. I hit the wrong drop down screen corrected it and now they won’t honor my contract. Total waste of money. Save yourself the money on insurance and headache dealing with rude people.

don’t buy furniture from Macy’s

I bought this section sofa less than a year ago with 5 years protection plan. Threds are ripped on every seat, i called and made a claim with warranty service to check this damage, they came and inspected the sofa and they said it’s a bad design done by Macy’s and it’s not covered by the warranty.and they said we had alot of claims for the same products. Macy’s deal with a low quality third party for furniture supplier and fraud warranty companies who covers nothing.

Sectional great-delivery takes forever

Love the chocolate color. Sectional is comfortable but is on the firmer side. Getting used to it since my previous sectional was more plush. If ordering in California-be warned that the mandatory delivery is awful. The delivery men are great. It’s the warehouse that loads their truck with the wrong furniture. I spent over a month to finally get the full sectional. The 1st sent the wrong end piece. A rt facing recliner and a rt facing chaise. I didn’t even order a chaise. They didn’t bring my left facing recliner and I had to wait another 2 weeks for it. Then they sent extra pieces on that trip. Calling them is awful because you can’t understand them. It’s like you are talking to a computer that answers your questions based on a predetermined response. Good luck with delivery

I love my sectional!,

I love this reclining sectional. It is very comfortable. I has white glove delivery. The young men brought the sectional in, put it together and placed it perfectly in my living area. I am very happy with this.
