“I recently purchased a T-shirt from Macy’s, expecting it to be brand new, but it arrived unsealed and in bad condition. The overall condition doesn’t match the description. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend buying from Macy’s.” I have photo evidence, but unfortunately there is no option to attach a photo
